Ugandan singer Grenade Official, real name Deus Ndugwa, made startling claims during a recent interview on Galaxy TV, accusing fellow musician Pallaso of pressing charges that led to his imprisonment over a pair of shoes.

Grenade, who previously resided with Pallaso and considered him a mentor, recounted a disagreement stemming from shoes gifted to him by Pallaso's brother, Henry. Upon Henry's departure abroad, Pallaso allegedly demanded the shoes back, insisting they were not intended for Grenade. Refusing to return the gift, Grenade opted to leave Pallaso's residence.

Grenade further claimed that Pallaso relentlessly searched for him, culminating in a confrontation at a local hangout spot where Grenade sported the disputed shoes. The encounter reportedly turned physical, with Pallaso pressing charges that resulted in Grenade's week-long detainment at Kibuye Police Station. Grenade alleges he eventually managed to escape from custody.

While Pallaso has yet to publicly address these accusations, the revelation has sparked heated discussions online, with many expressing disbelief and seeking further clarification.
