Renowned comedian and proprietor of Comedy Store, Alex Muhangi, has taken to social media to shower praise on singer Lydia Jazmine ahead of her highly anticipated concert, "First Born," scheduled for today, March 1st, 2024, at Hotel Africana.

In a heartfelt statement shared on his Instagram account, Muhangi reminisced about the inception of Comedy Store, recalling a pivotal moment in February 2016 when he disclosed his ambition to launch his own comedy show. Despite facing skepticism and financial constraints, Muhangi pressed forward with the support of his closest allies, including Lydia Jazmine, who performed at the launch of Comedy Store free of charge.

Muhangi expressed gratitude for the unwavering support he received from Jazmine and others, acknowledging their contribution to the success of Comedy Store, which has become a staple in Uganda's entertainment scene.

Highlighting his solidarity with fellow artists, Muhangi urged Ugandans to rally behind Lydia Jazmine and attend her concert at Hotel Africana. He affirmed his presence at the event, scheduled to commence at 3 pm, encouraging fans to join him in supporting the talented songstress.
